Dinnertime is the one time of the day when we all get to sit together and have a meal. The table has always been central to our home, just as it had been throughout the generations in my family. It seems to be where the world revolved and at the end of the day we would come together with dinner, laugh and find comfort. This is why dinnertime is important to me and when I consider meals I think about comfort foods and what dishes my boys love. 3 Cheese Stuffed Pasta with Meat Sauce is their favorite dish and I’m going to share how to make it with you! First, let me tell you how good beef is for you and why I use it in most of my dishes.
Cooking with Beef is very simple! Beef has 10 Nutrients that your body needs. Since it is so important to my health to have a hearty intake of B vitamins, it’s great that Beef has B6 & B12. When I go to the store to get ground beef, I always check to make sure it says 100% Angus Beef; the leaner the better. Most families use ground beef to make a meal at least once a week! So this dish will be a great new addition to your kitchen! Plus, it’s really fun to make with your family. Consider doing the stove top part of the recipe and letting your kids make the cheese mix and stuff the noodles!
I always have a salad with this dish to offset the heaviness of beef and cheese. It’s the perfect balance for a meal. Add slices of French Bread with real butter and you have an absolutely winning family dinner.
