Adora Milk & Dark Chocolate Calcium Supplements Review

adora Logo

I have a slew of Vitamin issues and have to take a handful of pills plus a shot, every day – month. It gets really tedious. Every day I have to take 1 D3 1000IU and 2 Calcium 600-D 600MG and then once a month I have to take a prescription D pill that you can only get from a Doctor – that’s how bad my D levels are. This obviously doesn’t include the issues I have with B Vitamins wherein I have to take a B12 vitamin every day and a shot once a month. Needless to say, I hate taking all these pills so when I heard about Adora I about fell over in glee! Chocolate! Oh sweet chocolate will save me! It was kind of embarrassing, so my son said.

Adora is a Calcium Supplement that contains 500mg of Calcium but ALSO has 250IU of D3 plus 40mg of Magnesium. So taking a few of these a day subtracts from my enormous amount of pills and it’s chocolate, real chocolate and tastes just like CHOCOLATE. I can’t say that enough. Sweet, blissful heaven in milk and dark chocolate and not a piece of plastic and/or large pill that keeps getting stuck in my throat.

Calcium Supplements

These are so good that they actually warn you not to take more than you are supposed to. It’s also a good idea to hide them from your children (you won’t even feel guilty!). However, your children can have the Adora Calcium Supplements as boosters to what they should already have. Since Judah doesn’t drink Milk and I’ve always supplemented for his D and Calcium through vitamin rich foods, this is a great way to know he’s getting the right amount and it’s chocolate so he’ll eat it!

I cannot tell you, or explain properly, how much I love Adora; how in some ways it’s made me remember to take my vitamins and makes me actually look forward to keeping healthy. This is most definitely a product that you should look into for yourself, your family and especially if you are D deficient.

Smile. You don’t have to swallow all those yucky pills, you can eat chocolate now.

  45. kathy pease says:

The primary contributor of the ailments that strike in your forties – hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue – relate to the fall of estrogen levels in the blood stream. This hormonal decline starts as perimenopause and eventually leads to menopause. As estrogen levels fall, bone density begins to decline more rapidly, increasing the risk of osteopenia or osteoporosis. Because your bones are hidden from sight they seldom show any signs of damage, so you need to be proactive about making sure your bones stay strong
