After School Snack – Easy Cheesecakes
- Strawberry Cream Cheese
- Graham Crackers
These are a great, quick, and easy snack for after school. The bonus is the graham crackers are a great source of whole grains, topped with fruit makes this after school snack super healthy!
- Step 1: Slice strawberries. For younger kids that are helping, use a plastic knife or help guide their hand.
- Step 2: Break apart graham crackers into halves
- Step 3: Spread strawberry cream cheese on crackers
- Step 4: Top with strawberries
- Step 5: ENJOY!
Mix it up: You can make these with different fruit spreads and different fruits as well. Refrigerate for up to 1 hour, lightly covered.
