~I received Bendastix Budz & Botz for review. Opinions and stories are my own.~
In July I had posted a review of BENDASTIX’s The Big Box on Outnumbered 3 to 1. So I am really excited to share with my readers here their new creative kits! These come in 5 different sets: Braceletz, Botz, Budz, Bandz and Bowz. My niece took over The Big Box in making jewelry last time, so for this review I am focusing on Budz and Botz!
Each kit comes with the instructions as well as the parts separated for ease of use. The instructions have a “Boot Camp” section that helps you on how to use the Bendastix, but it is really easy! To get you started, it also offers help in making your first one and leaves the rest of the creations up to you!
Tot really liked this one because it had one eye like Mike from Monsters Inc. So this became Mike’s friend who liked to hang out with the Disney Cars. He had a lot of fun pretending with his Budz!
The BENDASTIX Budz creative kit comes with 10 mini or medium BENDASTIX, 4 foam Thingamajigz and 27 Bendastickerz. These are great for Judah to work on his fine motor skills as well, as he has to thread the BENDASTIX through the holes and twist them how he wants.
The BENDASTIX Botz comes with 56 Bendastickerz, 6 foam Thingamajigz and a total of 13 BENDASTIX, so there are tons of different ways you can make Botz! I love the Bendastickerz, they’re extremely silly.
Bendastix are really easy to use for kids and offer so many options for creativity and play. They have even won the 2013 Creative Play of the Year Award from Creative Child’s Magazine and was marked as one of the Best Toys of the Year from Parent’s! They’re soft, bendable and squishy fun for children and tweens; boys and girls.
