We live far out in the country on a dead end road and my son loves to ride his bike on it. I always worry that people will get into the zone, you know the one where you are in kinda like autopilot and not see him. Or that they’ll miss his reflectors somehow. He’s a teenager and I want him to have his own personal time and learn to be responsible, so I let him ride his bike and just keep my Mom concerns close at heart.
The BikeGlow™ Safety Light provides 360 degree biking visibility. Running on 2-AA batteries, the BikeGlow™ frame light is a 10′ waterproof light tube that securely attaches to your bike’s frame. It features three lighting modes: Steady, Slow Flash, Fast Flash. So whether cars are behind you, in front of you, or coming from the side, you remain highly visible and much safer! “Glow is Gear!”
When I came across BikeGlow.com I was immediately relieved. Here was something that could answer my problem. The first rule of bicycle safety is to be seen! The BikeGlow™ Safety Light provides 360 degree biking visibility, has three lighting modes: Steady, Slow Flash, Fast Flash and they’re now Waterproof! Plus my son had a lot of fun playing with the lighting mode to see which one he wanted. The lighting tube is really flexible so it was really easy to set it up and he had it on in 5 minutes before wanting out the door to see how bright it would glow.
The light is just bright enough for others to see yet not hurt your eyes. We are in our gray season, it’s WA, so this is a great product to have for our kids. It also comes in multiple colors in case you want to color coordinate with your child’s bike!
The BikeGlow would make a great Stocking Stuffer. The kids think it is really cool and I think it’s a stress reliever. Now I just need to get a few more for the rest of us!
Purchase: You can purchase the Bike Glow for $24.95. Plus, don’t forget today is Shop Small Saturday and Bike Glow would be a great place to use your $25 AMEX!
