I was given this great opportunity to review Cool Lunch Bags over the summer and it has been with us through most of our wonderous adventures. The first trip I ever took it on was when I decided to go to the zoo with my family when it was 104′ out. I have no idea why everyone decided to go when it was boiling outside, but we packed the Lunch Sack with snacks and added the Freezer Pack that you can get with it to keep everything (but us) cool and dry.
We were out there in the blazing heat for hours. I actually wound up cooling off the little ones with the Freezer Pack, but otherwise the snacks stayed really cool. I loved how the Freezer Pack goes into it’s own compartment inside the Lunch Sack and that it is made from a cloth feeling material so that it doesn’t perspire. A lot of the freezer packs I get wind up just making everything wet when they melt.
The Lunch Sack is now being used by my niece and nephew on their summer adventures since my boys are in school and it’s still hot out. They like to take it out for picnics and they have a trip coming up to Disney World where I am sure it will come in handy!
The really neat thing about Cool Lunch Bags is that they have lunch bags in all sorts of shapes and sizes. This particular one is a Grande, but they do have smaller ones for school. They also have the greatest thing in the world for Moms, lunch bags that look like purses!
They are just like the Lunch Sack, insulated with a section for a Freezer Pack, they just look like a purse. These would be absolutely perfect to take to work, if going for a little picnic in style or even just a day at the park with your kids. It keeps your food cool and it makes you look really chic.
There are also Lunch Bags for Men so they don’t feel left out.
There are many, many other fun and stylish cool lunch bags, school backpacks, bottles (and vacuum bottles), more Freezer Packs and even accessories! Some of their accessories look like wallets for the beautiful purse lunch bags! Now that is knowing how to accessorize.
I really love the Lunch Sack Grande. It fits enough snacks for multiple kids and can be taken anywhere. The Freezer Pack lasted for hours and even was a back up source for over-heated kids. Which I might add, the fabric like lining on the Freezer Pack allows the pack to go on the children’s head without giving them a freezer burn. It’s soft and cold, so it’s also a great First Aid kit addition!
We’re in Back-to-School zone and if you are looking for a lunch bag for your daughter who just has to be the coolest girl in school, look no further than the purses, if your son can’t stand being ‘uncool’ with a regular lunch bag – check out the Koko Mans Lunch Bag which looks more like a insulated case and if you have a character obsessive tot like mine… well… just look what they have in their Cartoon Character section:
