Hi there, I’m Corrie. I live in Southern Illinois in a very small village. Mayberry was bigger than where we live. I’ve grown up here, surrounded by corn and cows, so big cities scare me. Things move at a much slower pace here. Twelve years ago, I gave birth to a miracle and sixteen months later miracle number two arrived. Five years ago, I married a superhero, completing my magical hat trick.
I have done lots of different things, but most of my experience is in customer service. I have been disabled and a wheelchair user since 2006 due to Multiple Sclerosis. I do not dwell on my illness or my chair negatively, but I do mention them quite often as they affect my life in big ways everyday.
I am a daughter, sister, aunt, coffee addict, dreamer, crafter, lover of all music, terrible singer, gamer, nerd, reader, cook, joker, idealist, adviser, cat owner, friend, people person, whiner, and food lover. I live, love and laugh out loud. I believe in being yourself, the golden rule and compassion.
Mostly, I’m just a traveler on the road of life, I just do it on wheels, dragging my hubby and kids behind me.
