~I received a hostess kit to have a #DisneySide @Home Celebration! Opinions and stories are my own.~
Tot and I have been pretty excited about putting together our #DisneySide @Home Celebration. We had received a beautiful purple suitcase from American Tourister (the official luggage of Walt Disney World Resort & Disneyland) filled with everything we would need to have a party. There were games, HP Photo Cards for invitations, healthy Cranraisin treats, stickers and more!
My son’s most favorite piece by far was the Disney Cookie Cutters, so today while we were getting everything ready for our party this weekend, we decided to make some cookies for our feathered friends! Today was the last decently warm day before Winter Storm #3, so we thought they would like to have a treat in what sunshine was left.
These are really easy to make and lots of fun for the kids! Here’s what you need:
- Peanut Butter
- Disney Cookie Cutters
- Grapes (optional)
- String or Ribbon (optional)
Whenever we make treats for the birds, I always make sure to use healthy products that don’t have a lot of additives; so we used all natural Wheat Bread and Peanut Butter.
You can set these outside in a tree or birdfeeder, or you can let them dry overnight and then string them through with grapes!
We had a lot of fun watching the birds try and fly off with cookies roughly their own size. It was nice having a little bit of Spring visit before being submerged back into Winter.
This is a really fun tasty (for birds) craft you can do with your kids to show your Disney Side! This weekend we’ll be showing you a lot more ways you can have fun at your own #DisneySide @Home Celebration; so stay tuned!
How do you show your #DisneySide?
