Hello fellow java junkies! How much do you LOVE those frozen coffee drinks from the chain coffee bars? I know I do. So much in fact, I’ve tried several times, unsuccessfully, to make them at home. That is until I found a confidential coffee informant, who will from this point on be known as Barista Babe. Since finding Barista Babe, I have learned quit a few tips and tricks that the big coffee chains don’t want you to know.
But today, we’re talking frozen coffee. Mmmm.
|Chocolate Frappe by Debbie Waumsley|
- 1 cup Ice
- 4 oz. Milk
- 2-3 Tbs. Instant Coffee (you can use flavored, if you’d like)
Throw everything in your blender and blend till smooth. If it’s too thick, add a bit more milk till smooth and you reach your desired consistency.
If you really want the ultimate coffee house experience top it with whipped cream and drizzle with ice cream syrup of your choice, chocolate or caramel, for example.
