~I received Ella The Elephant Books for the purpose of reviewing. Opinions and stories are my own.~
Based on the animated hit show for preschoolers on Disney Junior Ella the Elephant is a kind and generous little elephant who solves everyday problems with her magic red hat and her friends’ help. Now your children can enjoy Ella and her adventures in book format. These bright and colorful books are great for the pre-school age range of 3-5. There is a whole book series to enjoy and here are two of her latest adventures.
In Ella’s Got Talent there is a big talent show at school and everyone has a special act to perform…that is everyone except Ella. She goes around to the other kids and tries out their talents with them but nothing is quite right. Then when the show is about to start Mrs. Briggs is sick and asks Ella to introduce each act instead. With some encouragement from her friends and a little help from her magic hat, Ella realizes that she does have a talent after all!
In Ella and the Mother’s Day Surprise both Ella and Frankie are making cards and planning the best Mother’s Day ever! Unfortunately on the big day there is a huge rain storm making it so they can’t follow through with their plans. Ella and Frankie instead have to find another way to celebrate Mother’s Day with some help from Ella’s magic hat of course.
Lil Sis is 4 and really enjoys Ella the Elephant so of course these books are a hit. They are quick reads in paperback form. The stories are long enough to have a full adventure but short enough to keep little one’s attentions. The illustrations are enjoyable and I can easily see why kids like Ella.
