~I received Aurora Cosmetics and Pure Ice samples for the purpose of reviewing. Opinions and stories are my own.~
Opening gifts on Christmas morning was definitely the most exciting days of my childhood. All the buildup and then finally getting to open everything was almost magical. After all the gifts were opened we would be in awe of our new goodies but then there would be the beloved Christmas stocking. It was always the last thing we opened and it was the final gifts of the morning. I still have found memories of all the little goodies and trinkets I received. The teenage years always brought me piles of makeup and I could not have been more thrilled. Both Aurora Cosmetics and Pure Ice offer great gifts to stuff in those stockings for the girls and ladies and at amazing prices.
Recently launched this fall, Aurora Cosmetics includes an amazing palette of colors for the eyes and lips to create any makeup look, from natural to ultra-glam. The best part is that they are at great price points ($2.99 – $9.99) so you can afford to get different colors. Even with their lower prices I still think they are a great quality.
The lineup includes:
- Stain and Deliver Lip Stain (12 shades)
- Aurora Pencil Me In Eyeliner (5 shades)
- Intensively Precise Eyeliner (4 shades)
- Make It Big Chubby Shadow Stick (12 shades)
- Perfect Ten Cuticle Healing Pen
All of their products can be recycled and the luxury ink formulas in all of their eyeliner pens only contain food colorants, which means the ink is toxin-free, nickel-free and safe on sensitive and easily irritated skins.
Pure Ice is a nail lacquer brand owned by Revlon and with their “Bling on the Holidays” collection now your toenails and fingernails can be festive too. All retail for $1.99 and are available exclusively at Walmart locations nationwide, as well as on Walmart.com.
The color collection includes:
- Bling on the Holidays (gold glitter)
- Feelin’ Ornamental (green glitter)
- Santa Merry Me (a gold and red infused glitter)
- Winter Blues (ice blue glitter)
- Gold Peppermints (an icy champagne with a hint of pink)
- Pure Icicles (silver glitter)
My girls (and myself for that matter) can never seem to own enough nail polish as they like to collect different colors. A these prices I can afford to buy them a whole rainbow of colors! I am not super girly but I have always enjoyed painting my nails as they make me feel so pretty. Stuff those stockings with makeup this season because as far as I know a girl can never have too much makeup!
