I write a lot about Gluten Free foods because there are members in my family that are Gluten Free. I am sure you know friends or family members that are as well. It tends to make bringing something for dinner or having kids over for play-dates certainly interesting!
I had NO idea what Gluten Free was a few years ago. To be completely honest, I had no idea what Gluten was. When my sister realized she had to go Gluten Free with my nephew is when I began learning about it and realizing how much it changes a child’s diet. So much of what we eat contains Gluten that I honestly began to feel bad for my nephew and other friends/family I knew that had to begin planning meals without a whole lot of every day ingredients. So I write about Gluten Free products and cooking for them and this is a great addition to anyone’s kitchen looking to make tasty, healthy dishes sans Gluten.
