~This post is sponsored by Global Influence. I received products from Hershey’s to accompany my Halloween recipe. Opinions and stories are my own.~
A few weeks ago Hershey’s sent my family a huge box of chocolates. I don’t have a picture of it because the moment it arrived I had to hide it. It is dangerous to have a big box of chocolates with a teen and a tot around! Unfortunately, despite my stealthiness, it was found and all the orange Kit Kat’s disappeared. Okay, maybe that was a little bit of my fault too, but I did wind up going and buying a whole new bag that happened to disappear with it!
Those orange Kit Kat’s are now my most favorite, favorite candy on the face of the planet. They are so addicting! It’s too bad they were all eaten before I could share them with you!
Instead I am going to show you how to make an extremely sweet treat for your family using Hershey’s Fun Size chocolate bars! My youngest has been so excited for Halloween that he has wanted to make all sorts of treats, so these are easy enough for little hands to be able to make all by themselves.
To make these adorable yummy mummies, you need:
- Hershey’s Fun Size Halloween bars
- Mini Marshmallows
- Maraschino Cherries
- Refrigerated Croissant Rolls
Open your croissant rolls and lay them out. Take two pieces from the Hershey’s Fun Size bar, 5 mini marshmallows and 1 maraschino cherry; place it in the thicker part of the croissant dough.
Roll up the croissant, tuck in the sides and place on a baking sheet.
Bake until the croissant’s are golden brown, then remove and let them cool. Once they are cooled down, you can put little eyes and mouths on with black icing!
Now you have some very delicious little mummies! My teen would have gobbled them all up if I didn’t guard them with my life! I have no doubt your little goblins and princesses will absolutely love to wrap up and bite into one of these Mummy Bites!
