~This is a sponsored giveaway from Crossroads Restaurants – House of Blues. I didn’t receive anything but the desire to eat all of these dishes. Your welcome!~
Many of our readers live near House of Blues restaurants and so I wanted to share this incredible menu created by Aaron Sanchez from Food Network! There are some great original takes on classic American dishes; especially southern favorites. With Seafood, Burgers, Salads, Vegetarian Entrees to the best looking French Fries I’ve ever seen – this menu looks to die for.
House of Blues merges the dining experience with live music. It was originally founded to showcase Isaac Tigrett’s love for American music and art; especially genre’s in the rural south: Blues, Rhythm and Blues, Gospel, Jazz and Roots-based Rock & Roll. It also continues to be dedicated in sharing and educating on Southern Culture and African American artistic contributions to music and art. It is the one place that offers a fully submerged experience in ambiance and flavor.
The new menu by Aaron Sandchez includes a little bit of everything. Here are some example dishes from the San Diego Menu!
- Lobster Mac & Cheese – Tender poached lobster meat in a rich creamy cheese sauce made from scratch and topped with crunchy panko bread crumbs.
- Applewood Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf – A delicious blend of savory flavors wrapped in applewood bacon and topped with our housemade wild mushroom sauce, served with fresh vegetables and Red Rose garlic mashed potatoes.
