Evan Moss is an incredible 7 year old boy that is Epileptic. After he and his family went about raising money through Evan’s book “My Seizure Dog” that he created on CreateSpace, for a specially trained dog from the non-profit 4 Paws for Ability organization, Evan wanted to help other children like himself. His dog is trained, not only to secure a constant companion, but to act not just when Evan was having an epileptic seizure (usually in the middle of the night) but sniff it out beforehand and alert others to Evan’s side. As the sister to an Epileptic brother and niece to a severe Epileptic Aunt, I know how important it is to have someone there and what it costs when there isn’t.
There is a contest through Peoples Magazine a “Readers Choice Hero” competition that awards the grand prize winner with $10,000. You can vote by going to the “Readers Choice Hero” page and Voting for Evan M. Evan will put the prize money towards helping another child acquire their seizure dog. But this part is important… the contest Ends on the 13th of October and that isn’t far away so we need to spread the word as fast and furious as we can through the networks available. Evan seems like such a sweet boy wanting to help another and you know I have a soft heart when it comes to these things. So share a little love, Vote for Evan and his cause. The little things you do like this, that take just a second of your time, matter in another’s life more than you could ever be aware of.
Thank you. This was very time imperative so look for a CreateSpace review soon where I’ll write about Evans book!
