~I received a Luggo for the purpose of reviewing. Opinions and stories are my own.~
What could possibly be more fun than having your own robot? This travel season ThinkGeek introduced Luggo, the Robot Luggage and I just fell in love with it! He’s a childsize hard-back suitcase that can also be used as a backpack with retractable straps. The perfect little friend for on-the-go!
Luggo has a lot of great features for a child’s suitcase. He’s 15.3 x 11.4 x 7.9 inches and weighs only 3lbs. The backpack straps retract when the handle is pulled up, so you don’t have to worry about trying to tuck them back in if your child doesn’t want to carry it. His little wheels also light up red, green, yellow and blue! It is a little difficult to see in bright sunlight, but Tot had a lot of fun wheeling him around in the evening to see the lights shine. He uses him to tote all his favorite cars.
The inside has multiple compartments and pockets for easy storage. They also don’t take up so much room due to Luggo’s shape, so there is plenty of space inside. Not exactly enough space for a week’s worth of clothes, but it works great for on-board activities during flights, overnights with Grandma or road trips with their favorite things!
The only downside is that this cute little guy doesn’t come in adult size.
Tot loves his little Luggo even if we aren’t going anywhere. He likes to wheel him around the house with his cars or books. Whether you are looking children’s luggage for your next trip or a backpack for overnight, he would make a great companion for your child.
