All of our products are made in small batches to ensure that you receive the absolute best bath and beauty products available. We only use what we love and adore: Extra Virgin Olive oil, Palm and Coconut oils, Infused oils, Essential oils and Fragrance oils – ingredients that we feel comfortable putting on our own skin.
Pink Parchment Soaps is a small family ran company overseen by Trish, assisted by her two daughters and her husband (the tester). Having come from a family with multiple skin ailments and sensitivities (eczema, dry skin, itchy skin, psoriasis), they know the importance of good skin care.
Most of their products are Vegan (no animal or by-products), they go by the philosophy that if you can’t put it in your mouth then it’s probably not safe to use. Some products contain beeswax because they support their local community and understand the importance of bees in nature and how the bee population is dwindling for unknown reasons. The loss of them would be devastating to humanity and the earth, so supporting the bee farmers is of utmost importance and I had so much respect for this small company after finding out how they assisted them.
You can read all about their ingredients and how they make their soaps by visiting their About section in their shop!
The Oatmeal Stout Soap I chose to review for all the men out there! Finally! A homemade soap company that actually has soaps for men! Aren’t you excited? I love this because it’s coming upon the time for gift shopping and they make such wonderful personal gifts, especially the Beer Selection! There is:
- Sammy Boy Beer Soap
- Killians Irish Red Beer Soap
- Best Bud Beer Soap
- Over a Blue Moon Beer Soap
- Simply Corona Soap
- Sierra Nevada Beer Soap
Beer Soap is pretty fun. It bubbles up when it lathers and the scents she’s put together with them ensure you don’t smell exactly like the beer but good. So don’t worry, your husband won’t be walking around smelling like a brewery. Such as, the Oatmeal Stout Beer Soap that I reviewed smells very much like a hot bowl of oatmeal with milk and almonds. Not so sweet to be considered perfume, just… smells kind of like home.
Here are some great ideas for Easter Soaps!
My son is obsessed with Rubber Ducks. We have like 20 rubber ducks alone in the tub so when I saw these I was so excited! Just look at them! Or you could always take a hint from the love holiday and give something special to your significant other for Mother’s Day – it’s coming up sooner than you think!
These are incredibly made soaps, made by the hands of family for your family. That matters to us here as we are a family blog and we understand what it means to share something you are passionate about with the world. Intricately designed, lovely in scent and each wrapped in delightful pink parchment – just like their name. They’ve certainly won me over from head to toe.
Pink Parchment Soaps also specializes in Body Scrubs, Lotions, Bath Bombs/Fizzies, Sugar Scrubs and Perfumes!
