The season full of sweets, big meals and lots of delicious baked good has begun. The next 2 months are really tough on my willpower and I always seem to gain several extra pounds (tasty pounds though) by the time the new year rolls around. We are also traveling a lot during this season taking mini vacations and also visiting family and friends. Heading out to the gym hits an all time low of only once a week for me. With the Hula Hoop Workout from FXP Fitness I can at least get in a quick workout that is FUN, easy and travel-friendly anytime and anywhere I go!
Now I know a lot of you may be thinking….a hula hoop….really? I say really! The FXP Hula Hoop System is a holistic exercise program that blends cardio hooping and strength training with high intensity interval training based on elements of pilates, yoga, and ballet barre. It is precisely sized and weighted to help users shed pounds and sculpt their entire body, all while having fun.
The hula hoop packs up easily and it is lightweight and small enough to fit inside your carry-on, in the back of the mini van or in your beach bag. Plus, there is a mobile app so you can access FXP programs anywhere you are! You can of course use the DVD that comes with the set too.
You can even use their website to find a group class near you! I was never much for hula hooping as a child but this is way more fun than that! Whenever I do it around my girls they get out their kid hula hoops and join in. I always feel great after doing one of the workouts and slightly out of breathe (I am definitely out of shape). I am hoping that with 15-30 minute workouts a day I can try and keep the holiday pounds from packing on.
