Once upon a time, there was the most enchanted Wuzzleburg collection of tales yet! In these six charming episodes, Wubbzy goes on a fairy-tale adventure, shrinks himself to play in Daizy’s dollhouse, turns detective to solve a mystery, saves Walden from a Jellygator and gets more than he bargained for when his favorite storybook character comes to life! Join everybody’s favorite bendy-tailed buddy for loads of ‘happily ever after’ fun, with valuable lessons about kindness and cooperation along the way!
Wow Wow Wubbzy is a show that has been in my house for a while now. My son always LOVED Wow Wow Wubbzy! Now that my daughter is 2 she is getting interested in the show too. I actually enjoy the show too. The characters are cute and the stories are always good, and unlike some shows, I actually like the songs! I find myself singing the Wow Wow Wubbzy theme song quite frequently!
I’m happy to say that Anchor Bay Entertainment has come out with a new DVD, A Wuzzleburg Tale. This brand new DVD is in stores now, perhaps you’ve seen it on the shelf but haven’t picked it up yet. I can say this DVD was a hit in our house!
Additional episodes on the DVD include: “Happily Ever After,” where Wubbzy is delighted by the fairytale of the Hopping Dipple-Dop; “Too Many Wubbzys,” when Wubbzy learns that being in two places at once can pose a problem and “Focus Wubbzy!,” in which Wubbzy learns the importance of responsibility, listening to instructions and paying attention. The new release also delivers to Wubbzy fans “wubbtastic” coloring and activity sheets and music videos that will have them singing along!
Wow Wow Wubbzy is one of those shows I enjoy with the kids, I enjoyed the part where Wubbzy shrunk himself to play in the dollhouse. I always loved playing with dollhouses when I was a kid and that is something I imagined as a kid, so it really brought back memories! I was pretty fond of the episode “Focus Wubbzy” it was telling kids why it’s important to listen and pay attention, that is something I am struggling with for my 5 year old. He is currently in a stage where he feels he doesn’t need to listen, I’m hoping some of this episode will sink in, maybe we’ll watch it a few more times in a row!
I love cartoons that have good lessons instead of doing silly things or beating each other up! Sometimes the only way I can get anything done is to let the kids watch a little TV while I do some dishes, at least I don’t feel so guilty letting them watch shows that are teaching good lessons.
If you have a Wubbzy fan in your house, or haven’t seen Wow Wow Wubbzy yet, be sure to pick up A Wuzzleburg Tale, it will not disappoint!
